Bookings
All In One Tours will confirm arrangements on receipt of written acceptance.
With group bookings, the final rooming list must be supplied to All In One Tours at least two weeks prior to arrival. Additional bookings will only be accepted on request and after reconfirmation of any additional costs incurred.
All In One Tours Ltd reserves the right to provide alternative hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard and to vary itineraries where necessary.
Special services (e.g. theatre tickets) will not be obtained without full advance payment from the agent, such payment being non-refundable and in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted if received in writing.
No cancellation charges will be charged if a booking is cancelled more than one month prior to arrival, unless agreed otherwise.
Any additional costs due to a reduction in numbers or any amendment of the agreed programme will automatically passed on to the agent.
Complaints
Any complaints have to be reported to All In One Tours Ltd immediately, otherwise refunds cannot be considered. If the service received is for any reason not satisfactory, All In One Tours Ltd will try to rectify the situation while the client is still in the UK. Refunds can only be considered if a complaint is registered in writing within one month of the customer’s departure.
Luggage is at ‘owners risk’ throughout.
All In One Tours Ltd acts in good faith and cannot be responsible for any loss, inconvenience or damage caused by war, threat of war, riot or civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, diseases and plagues, fires, sickness, weather conditions, transport, airport regulations, temporary technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within advertised accommodation beyond the control of All In One Tours Ltd.
All agreements between All In One Tours Ltd and the agent are bound by English law. Any disputes are to be settled in the London Law Courts. All In One Tours Ltd reserves the right to cancel all bookings without prior notice if the above terms and conditions are not abided by.
Payment terms
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are net. We reserve the right to make any adjustment to these prices arising from any variation or any change in the rate of VAT (currently @20%).
The balance due should be received by the specified date. Payments must be made in pounds sterling. All In One Tours reserves the right to cancel all arrangements and pass on all costs if full payment is not received in time. A cancellation fee of at least 50% of the estimated total amount will be charged. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts at a rate of 4% per month.
Travel documents will only be sent out after receipt of full payment. Any disadvantages as a result of delayed payment will have to be the agent’s responsibility.
All payments for short-notice bookings less than 14 days prior to arrival have to be made by SWIFT transfer.
All bank charges are to be met by the agent. This explicitly includes all bank charges in Great Britain incurred by British banks.
